• Technically yes, but I suggest an SSD with a heatsink to reduce heating temps during prolonged gaming (The drive can and will get hot over time which will cause it to fail over time. I highly suggest ponnying up the money instead of biting the bullet). Here is an example of the drive you are currently interested in with a factory heatsink. • Yes. Just be sure to have the PS5 format the NVME SSD drive. Using a quality fully mounted (not held on with rubberbands) heatsink would help with temps as well.
