Yes you can. Open the lid and keep the sink locked in place. Take a small screwdriver and push in the tab on the gray plastic clip, Take another screwdriver and slide it inward. Important to start on the right hinge pivot clip. You can safely remove the clip. but save it if you wish to replace the sink later. Next move over to the left side and repeat the process. This clip can not be removed. Once it is slid over unlatch the sink and remove the right side of the sink. You will notice that the left side is still held in by a small gray plastic piece. If you twist the lid it will pop right out.
