Did u connect to the Internet and see if there were any software updates? I did for mine and it works now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your Blu ray box what region it plays and your blu ray movie disc. US bought players only play Region A for blu ray and Region 1 for DVDs unless decoded.

I put in the first disk and got the "This cannot be performed because of disc restriction" error. So what I did was scroll down from the "play" button on the screen, then scrolled back to the "play" button , then it worked.

Please try again later.I have been getting the same error on mine, in fact as of today 04/march/15 the player stopped playing my DVDs, I tried over 200 discs, even ones that I watched only several days ago, NOT ONE WORKED, none would even load. I regret that I recommended this player.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello - I highly recommend you double check your location settings. Your player most likely has your location out of the country, like in England or something, and the DVD's won't work. If you reset your location to United States, all your DVD's should work just fine.
