- Answer Yes. There's a little hidden door in front next to door for disc. Very streamlined, so hard to see in pics.

QuestionShould the TV be a 3D TV to play the 3D Blue Ray discs?I have a Smart TV but not a 3D TV. Will i still be able to play the 3D Blue ray discs using this Blue ray player?

- Answer You cannot watch 3D on a non-3D TV. To get 3D you must have 3D player, 3D TV, and 3D glasses. In some cases depending on your equipment, and the disc your wanting to play - you can play a 3D disc in 2D. But it all depends on the equipment and the disc itself. MOST 3D discs come in bundles that include the 2D BluRay with it and some times a digital copy. Hope that helps.

QuestionHas anyone successfully attached an Infrared Relay Transmitter to the front panel of this unit over the Remote Control Sensor? It appears it would be difficult if not impossible to get it to stick with those "ridges" instead of the typical smooth surface.

- Answer Are you talking about a Toslink Digital Optical Audio Cable? I have only seen one size connector. Did you take off the protective cap? There you go.

QuestionWhere is the IR port?There is no clear instructions on setting the device up with an a/v receiver. I need to be able to find a spot on the player(if there is one) so i can connect an "eye to it".

- Answer DVD players come with preloaded/ accessible apps. If you would do an update for new apps I think you will find the normal. The unit won't let you add your app.

- Answer No it does not its very frustrating you don't even know if it on or not. Its not worth buying. I bought one two weeks ago to replace the previous Samsung I had because the wireless was ineffective and im taking it back to the store today.

QuestionProblems after firmware upgradeHi! Anyone have problems after upgrade the firmware to the version B-JM63BSPWWB-1006.1? I can open ANY app after the upgrade :-( Always that I try to open Apps, show a popup message: "System time is updating. Please try again later" and never open the App :-(
