Most importantly, note that the installer can not do anything but bring the refrigerator in your house. He can't disconnect the water line on your old fridge or hook up the line on your new fridge. I just learned this the hard way in spite of what I had in writing from my order and the fact that I joined Total Tech which was supposed to provide extra services.

Water line installation kits are available at extra cost from your retailer. We recommend using a water line installation kit that contains copper tubing and a 1/4" (6 mm) compression nut. Leo
