“The product description says Auto Dispense - which usually means that you put in a full bottle of detergent and the machine automatically pulls the amount needed, however, the specification says its single load detergent? Which is it?”

The machine has two cartridges, one for softener and one for detergent. From about a month of use, I’ve noticed a single fill of both lasts about a month since I just refilled both a few days ago. I use concentrated detergent and concentrated softener. I have the concentrations set in the app and I have the dosing set to medium for both. The machine will add more or less detergent based on how dirty the load is after it runs for a bit. Softener is a fixed volume every time. There are also two manual cups in the drawer, one for manual detergent and one for liquid bleach. If you turn auto dispense off on a cycle, the machine will run with the manual detergent cup. This is useful for things like wool or activewear that use specialized detergents. I hope that helps!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can do the auto cycle...NOT a full bottle of detergent, lol...just draws out a little at a time..love it.. You can also do the manual 1 load cycle at a time...where you put in detergent in a different space in the drawer.
