All signs point to "yes.' I haven't played League of Legends, and I also haven't played any games on my Chromebook, but I have a feeling it's probably not going to be an incredible experience. I fear that 4GB-8GB of RAM isn't enough to keep up with the drawing of fast-paced animations and quick-reflex key strokes. Because League of Legends is online, you can play it using the Chromebook, but I think you will encounter moments of frustration because the hardware might not be able to keep up. I hope this helps!
