QuestionCan you change the temperature for each side of the lower section to only have one side act a freezer and the other section to house cooled areas (i.e. wine or vegetables, etc)?

- Answer You can set the main freezer side 5 to negative 8 degrees. The flex zone if in freezer mode is set to the same temp as your main freezer. Or you can select soft freeze which is 23 degrees. For use as a fridge it has 3 settings meat and fish 30 degrees, cheese and veggies 35 degrees and white wine 41 degrees.

QuestionHow easy is the inside to clean? Can you pull out the shelves easily? Can you remove the glass from any shelves to clean under the cracks? Any issues with crud getting stuck in impossible to clean places?

QuestionDoes Samsung guarantee in writing that they will support the software for as long as you own the product? The apps on my current (expensive) Samsung LCD fridge no longer work due to lack of software update from Samsung.

- Answer I had issues with my last samsung fridge ice maker. With this one I had same issues then one day they told me samsung finally came out with a fix. That was 4 months. So far so good. No issues
