Reply to Imran: Thanks for your reply. To answrt your question at the end, the charging port in my note 5 got messed up and will not accept the corded plug so I have to charge it wirelessly. Slight inconvenience in the house, but a major pain in the car.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I see that it has a USB-C connector. If the car's USB source provides enough power (they are of many power ranges) to plug the USB-USB-C to the cigarette lighter USB adaptor or direct to a car USB I would think it should work. I am in NY where I bought it but will be in FL this week where my car is so I will test it later this week. But generally why would you want to clutter up the car with something this sized when a simple USB to USB-C cable would do the charging for you? :-)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but I recommend buying the Samsung "fast charge" car charger to use versus the car USB port or any off-label version. It will charge a little bit slower than when it's plugged into the wall, but it'll work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could use it in the car, yes. However, the fast charge capability primarily comes from the AC adapter so in order to have fast wireless charging in your vehicle you would need to purchase a fast charge vehicle charger as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not done that but I suppose that would work.
