• A:Answer It might be related to the size of the pan you are using. I have been experimenting with different pan sizes on each of the burners for optimal heating and temperatures. It appears to me the smaller circumference of the pan will result in a faster boil time.

• A:Answer The partition is used to make the double oven. Devides the upper (small) oven from the lower oven. So if the partition is inserted, the small oven is independent of the whole oven. There are buttons on the console for upper oven (when partition is used) on the left and lower oven button is on the right. If you want 1 big oven, remove the insert from the oven.

Q: QuestionJust got a Samsung oven NE59J7651 and the upper element is offline when set at a bake mode. Apparently this is is the way it's designed. My breads are coming out very pale even after 1hr at 450f. Preheating to 450f also takes 25mins or longer.

Q: QuestionI tried a pumpkin pie and a banana bread in the top convection oven. Both baked for 1 hour. Both tops were burnt to the point of having to scrape them off to enjoy the center. What am I doing wrong?

Q: QuestionIt's Christmas dinner time. The meat probe looks like it goes in the top oven which has not enough room for a turkey. The lower oven looks to have room but no place for a probe. Will the probe work in the bottom oven as well ? Mike

Q: QuestionHello I was baking on the top part of the oven and had some pans stored on the bottom half. The pans were very hot even though the bottom was not turned on. I thought that the divider was supposed to keep the heat in one section.

• A:Answer Hi, Jolo. As you have discovered, the oven divider is not a perfect insulator. We also store pans in the lower oven, and they get hot when we use the upper one. The instruction manual tells you, I think, that there is some maximum temperature difference that can be maintained between the two ovens, which as I recall, it is not that large.

Q: QuestionWhy doesn't the oven maintain temp setting? It reaches the preheat temp then begins to drop about 1 1/2 degrees per minute. I have to cancel and reset to finish cooking at near temperature. Also, oven doesn't turn completely off.

Q: QuestionThe self clean and steam clean features don't work if the partition that forms the bottom of the upper oven is in place. This is very disappointing, because I use the small oven most frequently and it gets the dirtiest. Has anyone found a work around?
