Absolutely every single pizza I have made from papa Murphy's is soggy on the bottom completely dough in the middle and burnt to a crisp on the top this has happened no matter what temperature whether I use convection or regular bake and even the roast option or anything regardless of temperature I've even lowered the temperature I've raised the temperature nothing helps this problem I am now going to try something suggested in this comment thread and trying to cook it on the lowest possible rack but it's still ridiculous to have this expensive stove not be able to cook something as common as a freaking pizza!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too was plagued with pizzas that were soggy on the bottom and well done on the top. I tried a number of brands and styles of pizza just to be sure it was not the pizza I usually buy. Then I figured out from another forum that there is a very bottom setting for the oven rack that sits just above the bottom heating element. Perfect pizza! It's hard to notice the slot for the rack. It would be helpful if the oven shipped with one of the racks in that position so you know it's there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have yet to be able to cook a good pizza in ours also. Whether it is a frozen one or a pre-bake, they all burn on the top and the bottom is soggy. Really hate this thing. Very disappointing. Wife cannot bake anything in the top one as it burns everything on the top and bottoms are dough.

Pre heat the oven well ahead to 550 degrees F. Use the very lowest rack position, as you want the bottom of the pizza closest to the hidden source of heat under the oven floor. I don't use a pizza stone, although using one if you have one is not a bad idea, just more challenging to accomplish as you have to slide the pizza directly on to the heated stone. Oil the pan you use well and sprinkle it generously with sesame seeds or flax seeds or medium corn meal. This technique will give you a very, very crisp and well browned crust along with a bubbling top in ten to fifteen minutes. It may not work well with frozen pizza.... I don't know as I've never tried one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. After ruining several pizzas (top burnt and bottom raw) and about to never attempt it again, I read the answers in this thread and tried their advice. Take out the divider and BAKE on the lowest rack possible. Preheat the oven and your pan\stone first. It worked!!! I baked mine at 450 degrees for around 20 min. on a preheated pizza stone. The crust was thick, so it might be less if you have a thin crust. Thank you to those that shared advice previously!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for all the tips. Tried my first pizza last night- burnt top, doughy bottom. I’ll give it shot- I’m baking on a stone, but since I made the pizza with fresh dough on the stone, preheating it isn’t an option- bottom rack, 400
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m super disappointed that I can’t find any kind of support with my Samsung duoflex oven. I just want to make a pizza. Can’t find any YouTube video on this, manual has very little information. My pizza crust is soggy. I just want to make a simple pizza. No instructions on this or any kind of support. I may return this oven.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For the best bake-at-home pizzas (frozen or otherwise) ALWAYS use a pizza stone and be sure to preheat it for at least 1/2 hour (check instructions that come with the stone. Crusts will be crispy and the tops will be bubbly. This is also the best way to reheat pizza left overs.
