A:Answer Its a cellular network service provider (like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc). They are subsidiery company that doesn't own any cellular towers so they "rent" tower use from T-Mobile. If you choose their service you'll likely receive similar to T-Mobile's quality of service but their own paid account users will obviously be given the first and best access to the all of their available services and towers before customers using companies like total wireless will. In my opinion, for the money, the service is worth what you pay in comparison to what you pay with the 3 companies that own every tower I'm America, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
