• A:Answer There is not an activation fee, but if you want service to call, text, or use the internet, you will have to pay for that service. The prices are very good compared to other carrier prices. I'm paying less than half of what I was paying for Verizon. You can go to the Tracfone website and look at the options, and prices. You'll be happy you switched over, it's a great deal and the coverage is just as good.

• A:Answer Yes, it's very easy to transfer over your information from your old Tracfone and keep all your minutes, data and days, just contact the tracfone, provide them your number and new phone information to have everything changed over. To transfer your personal files (data) there are free apps that can transfer everything in a couple of hours, depending on how much data you have.

• A:Answer 720p, but pretty sharp from when I was using it. I have the S10e for my personal phone, but the A10e was good enough for my mom. It's an IPS display instead of AMOLED, so the blacks aren't pitch black. But it's a solid screen for this price point.
