Don't know why ATT lists it as non compatible, because they sell it. I've been with ATT for 20 years, and my wife just bought the unlocked A25 5G yesterday from BBuy. She moved the SIM from her old ATT (Galaxy J727A) phone to the new A25 5G phone, and it activated just fine. No need to call If you buy unlocked rather than upgrading an ATT already in use phone, you save the $35 upgrade fee. Just swap the SIM from the older phone to the unlocked phone. You can use Savmsung's SmartSwitch app to move configurations and data from old to new phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The problem is Samsung Galaxy A25 (and A35) are created for Universal or US versions. Be sure your IMEI or serial number is A 356U.... this is for United States; not 356E/DS....which is for Universal connections. I found out after ordering online and receiving the cell when contacting the dealer I plan to use for ATT service. I since returned that cell and purchased the Model SM-356U.... Take care and good luck. Diane H
