Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this model from Best Buy Stores while on my recent US trip without realising that this is a US only unlocked version. Back in India, I found that this model does not work in India because the operating frequencies of this phone is not compatible witht the freqency bands of the service carriers like Airtel, Jio etc. Many visits to Samsung Customer care centre and Airtel stores did not help. After some Google reaserach, I came to know the letter U in the model name indicated US version and I should have purchased an international version which has letter E in the model name. So I am saddled with the phone which can be used only in the US. If anyone has more information how this can be used in India, please let me know - Ganapathi

Neither of which are available in my area. I'm returning the phones (I bought two).
