QuestionWhat is the memory frequency of this laptop? I am considering this or the Dell XPS 13, and the deciding factor for me is the RAM. The XPS uses LPDDR4X @ 3733MHz, but I cannot find info on this laptop.

- Answer I think the SSD can be replaced for one that possesses 1tb of storage and I know it can easily handle more than 256gbs on a micro SD memory card. To be certain, go to Samsung's website and look for the maximum supported storage for this device in terms of SSD and memory card expansions.

QuestionHow are the heat levels on this laptop? Do they get into the 70s, 80s or 90s? It looks like the processor has a maximum T-junction limit of 100°C and it has a thin and sleek profile, so it must get a little toasty right?

- Answer I've seen adds for Muse laptop sleeves that have crazy drop protection. In the ad they take an aluminum body MacBook Pro, stick it in the sleeve and throw it up in the air and watch it drop. It maybe a gimic, but it would be worth looking into. I think they say the sleeve is rated at 20 or 30 feet of drop protection.
