• A:Answer If you update Windows to 11 (beta ring), you should be able to run in emulation (I managed to run SQL Server and IIS for development on the machine, but it was hardly usable), but note that the laptop has only 4gb of RAM and disk is eMMC (i.e. memory swap is painfully slow). It would be like towing a boat with Chevrolet Spark 1-1.2L – technically you can install a hitch and connect a trailer, but the car won't drive.

• A:Answer Mine came with Windows 10 Home, with Windows 11 Home as a free upgrade. Newer specs suggest it may be shipping with Windows 11 now. In either case, I suggest Windows 11, as it can run more kinds of software thanks to x86_64 emulation being included.
