- Answer Not directly. You either use a USB type-C adapter for the monitor or buy a dock-in station. I use a dock-in station and the monitor works fine.

QuestionNew owner of this laptop- on the backside, the middle speaker, there is a soft spot where the metal will dent in with pressure- anyone else have this problem?

- Answer The question is right. I don't have yet this problem but it looks that it may bend/ dent over time or with pressure, which means to learn better ways yo pick, hold, work with this samsung laptop.

QuestionNot fully charging when turned off overnight. Doesn’t hold charge when in use even when plugged in. I have to shut it down when done so it will charge, but ever time I try to sign on, my password isn’t recognized and I need to reset it.

- Answer Thanks for reaching out, Denton. If your PC turns on but the screen stays blank, see our guide for specific troubleshooting. You can tell if the PC has powered on by if any lights come on or fans start blowing. If the PC turns on but the battery will not charge, shut down the PC and let it charge with the computer not running. Sometimes Windows can prevent charging. If it still does not charge when the PC is off, visit our Support Center to request service. Make sure the power cord is plugged in properly at both ends. Some cords are in two parts with an adapter in the middle, make sure that connection is secure, too. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
