I brought it in and BestBuy treated me right. The man who helped me in the computer department was great. I'd recommend this BestBuy location.

Please try again later.Typical Samsung (and dell) problem with hinges not locking at the same time, I can't believe they making laptops for decades and can't make decent hinges, but this is probably "safety" future to buy another one (just replaced screen with hinges in 2 years old 14" dell 2-in-1 - dell charged me just for the part 135$ )
