it started today on my buds+ (right bud) with s20+ when listening to deezer, very annoying. I was sitting with the sun on my right side and put it down to overheating. Ill try again out of the sun later. I thought it was a notification 1st but phone was clear of notifications. If it still does it I'll reset them if it continues then I'll send them back for replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It happens to mine when I run in the sun as well. They overheat, I think getting them in black wasn't the smartest option now I think of it. I just alternate between left ear and right ear, leaving the other bud in my pocket to cool down
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.April 2020, have the identical problem with my Galaxy buds+.. Returned to samsung service at just over 5 weeks after purchase... told would not replace as they were out of the 4 week replacement period... Returned 'repaired' used them for 10 minutes in the sun... bleeped immediately. Have returned them again having spent a good while trying to explain the problem... due back this week again, dont have great faith to be truthful... great product but apparently you cant use them in the sunlight!!!! Asked if other had been returned with this fault and told no..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's definitely a problem with overheating. They always work fine until I happen to be sitting in the sun. After about 10 mins I get the annoying beeping sound. Was just chatting with tech support and they said this is normal. They are useless in the summertime if that is the case. A waste of $150.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine beep when they are low on battery or they lose signal. Could this be the case for you as well?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Punkin75, that's a really good question! Your Samsung earbuds will constantly beep as a safety measure to alert you that they need to cool down. If you're wearing the earbuds when they feel hot the touch or start beeping, immediately remove them from your ears. Do not place the earbuds in the charging case or use them again until the earbuds have cool down completely. ^Elizabeth
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe that you need to recharge them. My beep when they need to be recharged.
