- Answer I traded in my Note 9 and I got $600 off at Best Buy and then they offered $50 more for activation. After I got the phone, I registered with Samsung and got $150 credit to the Samsung store. The biggest amount is your trade-in and that depends on the model and condition. Before Best Buy, I checked the Samsung website and it looked like only the unlocked Note 10+ provided a $600 trade-in for a S10 phone. The Note 9 was less.

- Answer Yes. I picked up my Note 10+ 3 days ago and you can barley see that there is a screen protector applied. Looking closely at the "hole punch" at the top, middle you can see the screen protector was cutout to not cover this area. Also, the BestBuy salesperson confirmed it.

- Answer Depends on the deal you are getting. We added a line, and got 2 for the price of one and traded my Note 9 in. I had to pay my note 9 off to get the deal.

- Answer If you get emails from best buy - perhaps you need a free account... there is a link to the ad for this pre-order and it will reveal that $300 is the offer for an excellent Galaxy Note 8 ... but you must come to the store to have it approved... it allows you to check for other phones as well.

- Answer Correct. Unless you are one of the few who have 5g, I'd save the money and just get the 10+. We're years away from 5g being everywhere and I'm sure you'll have upgraded to the new phones that will have 5g capabilities by then anyway.

- Answer I didn't have to. If there is a balance still on your current device, you will have to pay that off first. This transaction can also be completed on BestBuy's website if you purchase the phone using this method.
