Hello, when you buy this unlocked phone you can activate it with almost any service you like because it is unlocked. The phone does not come with with a SIM card so when you activate it depending on what service you go with you may need a SIM card. Best buy are only activating AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. If you want services with T-Mobil you will have to purchase the unlocked phone and then go to a T-Mobil store and activate it there with purchasing a SIM card. I hope this makes sense.
