- Answer Trust me,,buy UNLOCKED. I have owned carrier specific, carrier unlocked and Samsung Unlocked. If it had a carrier name on it, then it has Bloatware. Whether it's games or other apps, They want to put on there, you can't remove them. Thy will always update and use up space, i took a Samsung unlocked phone to ATT when i had the,. The rep had to get it on their service. He was surprised at how much faster it was then their version of the same phone.

- Answer I actually called Samsung and asked them I bought an unlocked from Best Buy and if they will get me the freebies. They said Yes and that once I get the phone and go to Samsung App, I will have to fill up the form and submit to get them.

- Answer Both my wife and I purchase unlocked Note 8 phones from Best Buy. Activate your phone from your carrier of choice. To claim your free items you must download the shopsamsung app first. Create your account if you do not have one. Log into the app and select promotions. This will bring up a screen to fill out with all the information required. I attached my receipt where asked for. My wife did not. Both of us were confirmed with our promotions. Email confirmation was received. You can check your status at any time with the app and promotions. We were told 6 to 7 weeks. - Answer I called Samsung & gave them the model number that Best Buy has listed for the dual Sim unlocked version SM-N950UZKAXAA. The Samsung Customer Service Rep said that it was not dual Sim. That there aren't any dual Sim Note 8 being sold in the USA

- Answer All phones come with a charger...And yes it comes with a pair of corded Head phones. They are decent corded headphones too, They are AKG headphones. AKG was a parent company of Harmon Kardon (Samsung bought Harmon Kardon/JBL last year) so they are very good for free. I believe the value of them if you bought the headphones separate would be $99.99. I work for Verizon that's how I know what comes with the Note 8 so my answer is 100% accurate. I've seen what comes in the box.

- Answer Yes Unlocked Means it can be used with any carrier, providing the carrier in question supports Samsung phones and the galaxy note 8 model phone in particular.

QuestionCan Unlocked Note 8 be used on Verizon to call & simultaneously use data? I had an unlocked S8 but was only able to make a call but not go online or send a message. I'm able to now on Verizon Note 3. Is this still an issue or just a setting change?

- Answer Most new phones only have one antenna module shared between CDMA & LTE radios, and since Verizon uses CDMA for calling, you probably won't be able to use LTE data while calling OUT OF THE BOX. If you enable "Advanced Calling" (which VZW brands as "HD Voice") in the phone's settings, calls will be routed over LTE (not impacting your data usage), and you'll be able to access data while on a phone call.

QuestionI pre-ordered the unlocked note 8 and i didn't get the option of a free gift. I thought we still got a gift even if we did not open a new account with a carrier.

- Answer There is instructions how to do it when you click on learn more. From what I understand once you get the phone you need to download an app and activate the device before a certain date and you get to choose your free gift.

- Answer Boos is Sprint, Sprint can be used with it. So I guess it's compatible with boost,. HOWEVER ! Before buying call boost and ask them because it did happened to me before perfectly compatible unit wouldn't register on Verizon network. When I called and gave them IMEI/ESN they simply said it's not compatible with network according to "system" But it was compatible. So after tickets and tier 3 support people they activated it by manually including IMEI in to the white list. So check before with carrier, and HOW part of you question .... well call them up and ask how. In most cases you'll have a fresh card and activation instructions with it. You'll enter your phone number , new SIM number and phone ESN , that shuld be it. Again this unit compatible with SPRINT so it should be no problem with Boost.

- Answer Good question. I've wondered this myself and can only assume it helps to cover the carrier configurations and programming expense to include carrier bloat. I went with the unlocked version for $30 less and don't have any regrets. On Sprint and the only disadvantage is not having the voicemail app, however you can still check voicemail, so that's hardly a deal breaker. Lower price, no carrier bloat, and flexibility to change carriers without giving up the Note 8. Win win!!

- Answer All Galaxy Note 8 comes with the ability to connect to 4G LTE. There is no difference between one that is advertised with LTE and without.

- Answer The Note 3 used a micro SIM, but the Note8 uses the smaller nano SIM.

- Answer Not sure what you mean. But here's some answers. If you aren't activating a NEW line then you can use the same sim card in your Galaxy S7 edge as long as it's the same size (which it is). But if you want to activate new service line then you will most likely end up paying for the activation/sim card. You cannot reuse an old sim card to activate new service line.
