• A:Answer It has to be an At&t branded phone or you can't use wifi calling or volte. You may possibly be able to flash the firmware to At&t in order to make it work. However it is highly not recommended to do so unless you know how to do it. You could brick your phone, best thing to do is take it back and get a at&t version one if possible. As for activating just call At&t they should help you but all you should need to do is just take a at&t sim card and put in, nothing else.

• A:Answer Hello Mike, I traded in my iPhone 6S do the Note 9 and got $99 towards the Note 9. Im sure your iPhone X will value higher as it’s a way newer gen. Compare it with trade in value from which ever service provider it’s under. I found that I got more from bestbuy rather than going to t-mobile. I hope this helps!
