“Can your refurbished phones be used with Straightalk service. I am interested in a note 9 refurbished phone . I now have the note 5 that I bought from Best Buy and want to continue with the st.talk servicre.”

I used to use straight talk for a long time. At 1st the note 9 was great but after android 9 i was no longer able to make calls and use data at the same time. No Volte... and despite like 6 months of trying to get it resolved i finally got straight talk to admit they didnt know what to do. I have the verizon variant and its unlocked. Now to be clear my issue was only with the ST verizon sim card the tmobile card worked fine but tmobile signal in seattle is sub par to verizon. Im assuming that the ATT card sgould work fine too. But if you want to use the verizon sim VOLTE will not work... i also had the same issue with US Mobile and the service rep told me it was due to their network neeed a stable ip address and some of the note 8 and note 9 vaients didnt work with that.
