You can call Verizon Customer Service. Phones can be activated online provided you are a current account holder and you can read identification details on the telephone, and follow simple instructions.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends if you (1) buying off contract or (2) upgrading with new contract. (1) You simply swap the SIM card from your old phone to your new phone. (2) They will send a new SIM card. You put it in, call a special Verizon number they send you, and the new SIM card becomes active (your old one in your old phone is no longer active).

Best buy sends you to a carrier.. carrier back to best buy. Got a phone paid the month service and still no sim has come a whole week gone by nothing...worst decision
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you choose the "pick up at store" option, after you compete your order on the website, they will send you an email when it's ready to pick up. They will activate it right there in the store when you pick it up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its just like buying the phone online from your provider. Best buy ships it and you activate the same way as if the the retailer shipped it to you. (call the activation number and your done)
