what's the advantage of getting phones at bestbuys? null

I'm not sure who your carrier is but I have had Verizon for about 10 years. I dreaded going into the Verizon stores but didn't know I had another choice. Stumbled on the phone section at Best Buy and have not set foot in a Verizon store since!!! They can do everything that the carrier store can do...change your plan, upgrade the phone...you name it. AND sometimes their phones are cheaper! The people at Best Buy have been far more helpful and getting accessories is much easier and cheaper. Also, their "geek squad" protection plan is MUCH better than the Verizon insurance plan for your phone. Overall, yeah, sometimes you have to wait to be helped but the same applies at a Verizon store. It's just a more complete experience and the people at Best Buy have, over all, seemed to know more about the phones than Verizon. Just my opinion...

Was a more pleasant enviroment dealing w best buy than my previous experience with the phone( vz) store. Bestbuy didnt try n sell me any unnecessary equipment!

They have great customer service and they offer a warranty that is a lot better then what phone stores offers... If you do have a problem or need help with your phone they are very knowledgeable!!!

For me personally, the purchase goes towards my Reward Zone points. Since I have the RZ MasterCard, I get bonus points on top of it. Also, if I have an issue, I have a actual place to go for service/replacement if needed. I don't much care for mailing my device off and getting someone else's broken-and-refurbished device in return. Get the warranty plan and it's replaced without issue.

Best buy is a one stop shop. Get a phone, get it activated, learn a little about it, get your accessories for your investment, cause lets be serious a smart phone is an investment:) and if your a guys this store is like a candy store to us, and if your a lady than you have an entire store to entertain your man while you get the phone and accessories you want with out us bugging you. Lol I joke but in all seriousness one stop shop no matter the carrier.
