• Yes. I also get an employee discount and it carried over when I upgraded my phone.

• As long as it is not a corporate account. If it is it has to go through verizon wireless corporate accounts department.

• the contract you sign will not be with Best buy but with the carrier you choose, you should still recieve your current discounts, my work also offers such a discount and I recieved mine.

• My employee discount is still on my plan. The contract with Verizon has stayed the same, it is just a new phone with a 2year contract.

• Yes..I switched from dealing with Verizon to dealing through best buy and I still receive my discount.
