QuestionDoes this model ship with the Kitkat or Lollipop Version of Android OS?If the default background looks like that show in the ad, it is Lollipop. If you go into Settings|More|About Device, it will show Android version Android version 4.... (See attached photo.) Please do not reply unless you have purchased your device as late as February or March of 2016.

QuestionBout the videoI tried to take a video today but won't let me? and it said Warning failed all the time.. What does it mean? - Answer Yes. If you have the particular feature turned on (and I think it is by default) you can take a screen shot by swiping the edge of your hand across the screen

- Answer Oh boy...I've done this...went from iPhone 3G to Galaxy s3. It was a hassle I never want to do again, but overall I would never go back to an iPhone for I enjoy the freedom of an Android phone (currently have a Galaxy s5). There is probably a better way that will get you better audio, but I found this free program to do the conversions called MediaHuman Audio Converter at www.mediahuman.com
