If you buy an unlocked phone, yes. Your carrier SIM card should work. You just have to either take your new phone and your carrier SIM card to a store and have them transfer it or you call the 1-800 number for your service provider and they'll instruct you on how to do it yourself if you don't want to or have time to go to the store.
