• A:Answer Hard part of the process is making sure you have the right compatible sim card. If not, they should have one at store. For Verizon, Best Buy should be able to transfer for you. If not, Verizon agent usually helps you over the phone.

• A:Answer Yes it will work with telcel or movistar but you have to get the unlocked version. Drop the sim in and you're good to go.
