• Yes, the phone has a WiFi calling setting. I have Verizon but as it is a built in setting it is available to AT&T as well.

• Let me understand when you say WiFi calling its through your phone when your on someone else WiFi and that worked for me when I was in Mexico made WiFi calls when logged in to my in-laws WiFi network, hope this helps.
