• Buy it unlocked, and if your service provider uses sim cards then you just need to switch the card and your phone should work with your network.

• Works with straighttalk if it's unlocked. Best buy will not switch it over as they are not a provider but they will let you use their phone to make that switch in case model number/serial number is needed.
