A:AnswerMy phone worked with the older SIM card but I did have some dropped calls when down in the Vegas area on AT&T. Last month my carrier notified me that my phone needed an upgrade and the new 5G chip connected better when down in Vegas and it was the same size as the old chip, just upgraded connection.
