I pre-ordered a S22 Ultra (512GB, Unlocked, Black) on 2/11/2022. It was supposed to be available for pickup on 2/25/2022 at the Cedar Park, TX store. I have not received an email or text saying that it is ready. How much longer is this going to take?

Best Buy customer service is saying they don't have the item in hand. Moreover, the amount pending as a charge on my card has disappeared too. Dunno what's going on.

Please try again later.I looked at my local store website for Galaxy Ultra S22 512GB and it said order now and pickup in 3 days, while my pre-order showing a pickup date in April. When I talked to the store personal about why the new orders mention pickup in 3 days while my preorder form 9th Feb has April as pickup, he responded that the 3 days estimate on mew order is just a number. It doesn't mean anything and anyone who will order seeing the 3 days pick will eventually get pushed at the end of the line after the preorders. Plus, they also had no clue which shipment will have the inventory.

Which probably means nothing because they have not received the shipment yet and just keep guessing. When I walked into the store they had no clue either, guy said "yeah, I think we are getting a shipment of 256Gb by mid next week" ugh, the same happened to me with the Pixel 6. I just had to cancel it after 10 days and buy it elsewhere. This is a strategy they need to solve with better communication, rather than alienating customers.

No updates and no one knows when it will come. Order only says "We'll email you when it's ready for pickup. In Progress". Been that way for weeks.

Neither of those have shown up yet and still show "we'll send an email when it's ready to pick up". I missed the pre-order because I waited too long and the one I wanted wasn't available pre-order anymore, so I ordered it the day they released - Feb. 25th. Mine was ready for pickup in 3 days. The other 2 in my family are still waiting. :( I don't know why pre-orders are slower than in-store orders!
