Let me just say that i am not employed by BestBuy or its affiliates but i love to shop there. While all other electronic businesses were consumed amid recessions and other financial calamities. BestBuy has shouldered the burden made quick changes and instead of raising prices. They looked at ways to trim their overhead in their own organization. That trimming came in the form of labor reduction. BestBuy has come up with an ingenious plan to offset experiences like yours by starting a queue. The queue will work great if everyone looking to shop there, scans this barcode at the greeters desk, input your name and phone# to be listed among other customers, who chose to follow this method. The list of names is then assigned an associate as one becomes available. This practice has not caught on speed yet but i am sure that it will help experiences like yours.

What bothered me, is when I asked to an employee to get me a touch screen laptop and I provided the model number, he gave me the computer, I went to the register and paid it. Then I took a trip for a month and when I came back I opened the box and I found that my laptop was not a tuch screen, the employer got me the wrong model, I took it to Best Buy and the store didn't wanna change the laptop. I was very disappointed.

Please try again later.When I go to Best Buy a lot of the salesmans are wandering around talking among each other and you don't know who to ask for what you need in the store and then when you ask them they say I'm working with someone else and they're not Then when you ask for the The supervisor they can help you
