A:AnswerIf you already have Straight Talk, take the Sim Card out of your old phone and place it in the S24 Ultra, then make a call. It worked for me and that's all you have to do for the transfer of number process. As far as being a new Straight Talk member, no it isn't compatible yet.
A:AnswerUnless there is a major change from the S23 Ultra, the phone will work with Verizon BUT not all Verizon FEATURES will work.
I bought the S23 Ultra unlocked to use on Verizon and ended up returning it and purchasing the Verizon model because Verizon HD Voice and Verizon Video Calling will not work with the unlocked model.
Best Buy staff, you need to confirm these issues with Verizon.
A:AnswerThe Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy worldwide.
The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy in the US, China, and South Korea. Outside of these regions, like in Europe, the UK, India, and more, the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus come with the Samsung Exynos 2400 for Galaxy.
A:AnswerYou can use but you will not be able to get 5g service with some 5g providers. They operate on different 5g bands from the USA model of this phonr. A big limitation for the global traveller in my view.

A:AnswerLOL- Just look at what
TechmaniacA123 says.
He squawks that it doesn't matter that a battery won't even make it even halfway through a phone's scheduled updates, and what's really important is how good you look paying too much money for an inferior designed non replaceable battery phone.

A:AnswerA bad buy, in what way? The S24 Ultra is expensive, but it's also a really great phone. I ended up switching back to the Z Fold 6 (which is slightly more pocketable, though the camera isn't as good as the S24U), but I still have the S24 Ultra, and use it frequently, especially when I need the better camera. I see no reason it shouldn't last several years, just as most of my previous Galaxy models have. They're pretty solidly built, and they get software updates for 7 years. While they may not be quite as long-lived as some iPhones, the flexibility of the Android OS more than makes up for that, for me.

A:AnswerI've checked with Best Buy support, US models (so this one too) can hold only 1 physical sim card and 1 e-sim but not 2 physical sim cards. Other answer is misleading.

A:AnswerThe value of an A14 isnt much but if an upgrade is what you want then might as well trade it in for a cheaper priced new phone. If money isnt a worry than it doesnt hurt to keep as a back up.
