Really easy, it asks you in the set up process when you first turn it on, but it takes a while depending on how much stuff you have and how fast your internet is. I got about 1TB of files and hiking pictures transferred from my iPhone12 in about 10 minutes. It asks you in the set up process when you first turn it on.
