• I was going to trade my S5 but I found out I would only get $100 so I gave it to my husband to use. So I am thinking you wouldn't get any more for your S4. More around the ball park of $75 would be my guess.

• That I do not know. You would have to go to your local place for that. I kept my S4 as a backup. I still use it. Just for certain things. It's not hooked up for phone or mobile data; but I still have it.
