QuestionDoes bestbuy charge activation fee for verizon on Samsung phones?Basically would I pay an activation fee for upgrading a line through bestbuy, if not would Verizon bill be for the activation later on?

- Answer Yes and the fee has gone up to $40 but is not required at time of purchase instead it will be on the next bill.

QuestionAfter the 2yr contract, do you get to keep the phone or do you have to buy another one?Got word that some providers were requiring a re-purchase after the 2yr contract had terminated. Was wondering if the Verizon Samsung S6 1$ deal was included in that group? Hopefully not...

- Answer Actually since I went to Best Buy to get my phone instead of the service provider store, I was able to lower my billing but not lose any of my data plan. I have the lowest data plan (3GB) and it's plenty for me. Everyone is different and requires different amounts of data. I use my WI FI at home and at work to save my data usage too. I don't recommend using free public WI FI. Data plans cost just depends on how much streaming, downloading and playing on the phone that you will be using AND of course your provider. I use mine, for watching videos, playing games, social media, research, GPS, sending photos, plus updates for my malware/antivirus (which you can get free at the Google Store).

- Answer This would be a function of your wireless supplier rather than the phone itself. Since the phone you are specifying is a Verizon Wireless branded phone, I would check with them. All of the major wireless suppliers - Verizon, AT&T, TMobile, Sprint - SHOULD have excellent service in North Carolina.
