I don't know why they are showing you such a price difference. I did my upgrade at Best Buy. I never get good service at a sprint location. I did the 24 month lease upgrade with the 20 a month credit back to my account. did not have to change plans. so my total increase is about 3 dollars. I did opt for the geek squad plan instead of sprint insurance. better deal and better service. Go talk to a Human at the store I get way better service in person than on the phone or computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you have to look closer at the terms. The $20/mo price is usually the amount of a LEASE term and $27/mo is for Easy Pay. You don't get to keep the phone after a two year lease.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I always call best buy ahead of time to make sure promotions and prices are current. Depends on your current plan through Sprint and details of plan. Most of the time Best will quote price after promotions and adjustments. Best buy has the better warranty. 99.9% of the time Best Buy has the better deal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went to both Sprint and Best Buy and found the price to be the same, at $27 per month. Make sure you are comparing the same exact phone with the same amount of memory. At Best Buy I received a free wireless charger (phone sits on a disk and charges with no wire connected to the phone) and a $50 gift card that I used by purchase my OtterBox phone case. My family uses Best Buy for all our upgrades and we always come out ahead. Geek Squad protection is also better than what Sprint offers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You'll have 2 different options at Best Buy - lease or Easy Pay. The lease option is $20 per month for 24 months. Just like a car lease, at the end of the term, you turn the phone back in. If you choose Easy Pay, it will be $27 per month for 24 months - but you own the phone. You can likely upgrade earlier because the value of the phone will likely be close to what you still owe. Just like trading in a car and getting the residual value for the car toward your next vehicle, you can "trade in" your phone and get the residual value toward your next phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you sure you are comparing the same phones. Edge, NON-Edge and memory amounts? It was tricky for me too at first. But you are right Best Buy service and knowledge was +++++
