Yes, but unless you are already a Verizon customer there are some caveats. If you are already a Verizon customer and have the military discount added to your account, you are good to go. If you are not a Verizon customer, immediately after buying your phone at Best Buy, you would have to go to a Verizon store or contact Verizon and have them add the military discount to your account and if it includes waived activation fees, you will need to ask them to waive it from your bill. If you buy your phone at Verizon, they can handle adding the military discount to your account during checkout.
