• You get a little pin like tool with the phone. On the top left of the phone is a pin hole, you push that tool in there and sd card holder will pop out. Be careful because your sim card is in there too.

• In the box there is a metal tool that in inserted into a round hole found on the top of the phone with a slim rectangular slot. Inserting the tool will release the sim and memory holder out of the top of the phone, very easy to put both items in. Make sure your careful not to drop the simple card it's small and the holder is fragile looking.

• There is a slot on the top of the phone. No need to remove the back anymore.
