    • Answer Check with Samsung. If you have an extended warrantee through a retailer, check with them. A lot of warrantees are not valid out of the USA. Good luck!

    • Answer Depends on what you mean by "link". If you are talking about using the phone as a wireless hotspot for your your iPad I would use an app called FoxFi and not the Verizon hot spot service that they charge you monthly for.* As a side note, FoxFi has a one time $8 cost (at the time i bought it 2 years ago) for the full/unlocked version. The free version has a cap that will disconnect all wireless devices from the hotspot so you have to reconnect your stuff every time you hit the limit (i think the free version cap was about 200 MB but I forget). Depending on how much data you will be using, it is well worth the one time $8 fee for the unlocked version to remove the cap and not having the disconnect hassle. With FoxFi you are only limited by how much data you have on your Verizon plan and don't have to pay the monthly Verizon hotspot fee for using Verizon's hotspot app.* *"Depending on your plan, you may be charged monthly to have the Mobile Hotspot feature on your account."     • Answer The battery is NOT REMOVABLE. I bought one for my son. I own an S5 which does have a cover you can take off thank God as it will freeze up at times and there is no other way to solve that issue but to remove battery. The unlocked S7 does NOT have a removable back, which I hate. No way to replace the battery or remove it if the phone freezes up. Samsung should have left the removable backs alone instead of trying to be like Apple.

    • Answer I also purchased the unlocked S7 and no, it does not come with a SIM card. It does not have any service provider features or apps previously installed. The SIM card is unique to each service provider and needs to be obtained through them. Keep in mind, this phone uses a mini SIM card. They're very common now.

    • Answer Virgin Mobile will not activate an unlocked android device. They don't sell them on their website 'out of stock', and Best Buy doesn't have any Virgin Mobile phones. I believe Virgin Mobile is slowly getting out of the android phone business. If you look at their plans on their website, the ONLY plan that comes up is the Circle plan, which supports iphones only. The handwriting is on the wall! Try Tracfone.
