• A:Answer I just called AT&T the phone will be locked if you are in a contract with them. If you buy the phone at full retail price it will still be locked until you request an unlock from https://www.att.com/deviceunlock then you can use it on any compatible carrier.

Q: QuestionDoes AT&T still have the 2 year commitment contract?I am coming up on the end of my current 2 year commitment contract with AT&T and I am wondering if they still offer that option. Everything I see today is for AT&T Next. I have a grandfathered Data plan which I don't want to lose. My understanding is that I would lose it if I switched to a Next contract. True or Not true? And if AT&T does still offer the 2 year commitment plan, how does it cost to secure a new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge +, or better yet, the new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge? Anyone have any knowledge on this matter?

• A:Answer Att did away with 2 year contracts in January 2016. You have to pay full price, either one lump sum or 0 percent finance with Next installment payments. You can keep your grandfathered data plan, but not if you buy at Best Buy; their point of sale computers only allow you to select currently offered data plans. You will have to go to an ATT corporate store and be sure they don't change it on you, intentionally or accidentally. Even if they do, you have two billing cycles to call ATT customer service and get it restored. If you wait longer than two cycles, you will be out of luck.

• A:Answer I'm not sure if the sim card will fit but samsung made it every easy to transfer all your data from your old phone onto the S7 by including an adaptor that you plug into your phone to connect both devices together.

• A:Answer From what I can see, Best Buy does not currently offer the Unlocked International version of this device. Verizon's phones, when purchased, do not come locked. They do, however, carry the verizon logo and usually need to be sold on a line of service with Verizon.

• A:Answer The bundle is the original 6 apps it downloads when you sign up for oculus and complete setup. You should have seen the list and the download and install as part of the setup. Is 360 photos, video, 2 videos Cirque and Strangers and a VR introduction. Not sure this is actually worth 50. But enjoying free content.

• A:Answer Yes you can....it's expensive but I bought a SAMSUNG unlocked S7 edge phone unlocked to use with metro. U have to be 1000% percent clear that u want a Samsung phone not a phone that says "at&t, Verizon, Sprint, etc" any carrier name on it even if it is unlocked. That will lead to issues down the line. Insist on a Samsung no carrier unlocked phone
