Q: QuestionWhen shopping for an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 at our local Best Buy the sales rep told us that the only difference between Best Buy locked and unlocked phones is that the unlocked phones cannot multitask voice and data. Duh?!?

• A:Answer This is a Samsung only promo. If you don't trade in the device within 14 days Samsung will retroactively charge your card back for the trade-in and second device cost. Best Buy doesn't do that so only Samsung will. It's a wash though because at Best Buy you can get great gift card deals, but with Samsung you'll get the second phone for free.
