A:AnswerI have not had this problem & my best friend just got one cause she liked mine so much. I would take it back to store may be a defect in speakers. Or go to settings then go to device and check what setting you have your sound set at & check the setting that has to do with docking your tablet and sound maybe you just need to adjust 1 or a couple of setting.
