Not unless you send it in for repair to samsung which then charge you a fee (they were trying to charge me $199) to fix whatever they found to be the issue (s) a 7-10 business day wait. I have waited as long as 8 weeks which resulted in an escalation to the lead management department which ended in a brand new tab after receiving mine back twice unrepaired, because the same issue of it not charging was still happening. So from that experience my opinion is just buy a newer tab on sale (or not) get the best buy geek squad insurance and go from there. I've learned the hard way. So going forward I buy directly from my local best buy stores not online and purchase the insurance and it's renewable as long as it's paid before the expiration date of the current policy. I currently have a 2 year plan on both my childrens tablets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since the warranty is void probably not, if you have geek squad; possibly? you have to call them about that. But if you don't, you can try find a replacement but be very careful to get the same type of battery. Also you will have to open your tablet, and you might break it if your not careful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The batteries are built in, and the person who can replace those batteries are from the Samsung service centers or any accredited Samsung service centers. It's not safe buying substandard batteries from untrusted 3rd party stores.
