• A:Answer That does mean it's been returned. It does not necessarily mean used. In my experience, open box products have been carefully gone through by the seller to ensure that the product is as good as new and is not damaged.

• A:Answer Not sure about otg. But you can download any app that is made on the Google play store. You can also "hack" the device by turning on developer options and this allows you to download and install any app that is available as an APK, even if it's not in Google Play store.
