Is this tablet unlocked? null

Samsung does not sell unlocked tablets in the USA at this time. Apple sells unlocked tablets and some Chinese companies sell unlocked tablets, but most seem to get poor reviews.

If you're refering to a 4G LTE or 5G tablet, this is the Wi-Fi version. To get the unlocked cellular variant you need to purchase the 5G version.
